I accept payment by check, Mastercard or Visa. If you are ordering by email and you wish to pay with a credit card, it is important that you do not include any financial or credit card information in your email. You will be contacted by phone for that information.

Expect three to four weeks for delivery once your credit card is or check is processed. In some cases, a piece can be shipped more quickly. Let me know if you have a special need when you call with payment information.

Be aware:

  • Colors do not display accurately online. Please be prepared for them to look slightly different in person.

  • Artwork may not be available for shipping at the time you place your order. If I don't have the artwork you've selected in inventory, I will need to create one just for you. Since I cut each piece by hand, you can expect some differences between what you see online and the piece you receive.

  • Since matboard manufacturers often change colors, matboard may no longer be available in the colors you see online. If this is the case, I will contact you to discuss alternatives.

  • All artwork is framed using metal frames with a domed profile in silver or gold. If you have a preference, please let me know. Otherwise, I'll use the frame I think looks best with the piece.
